This eLearning version is a self-paced awareness course covering the same core principles. Our classroom course additionally includes a practical assessment of your lifting technique.

What happens if I don't pass?

You'll be able to review the relevant sections and retake the quiz.

How long do I have to complete the course?

Your certificate is valid for 1 year, after which we'd recommend refreshing your knowledge with a retake.
